POLICIES
CHECK-IN: 3:00 pm
CHECK-OUT: 11:00 am
Deposits and Cancelations:
All reservations require a one-night payment at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation, a 72 hour notice is required to receive a deposit refund (minus a $5. charge to cover merchant fees). Within 72 hours of arrival, advance deposits are non-refundable. Please understand that we will have to turn other guests down in order to hold your rental for you and may not be able to re-rent to someone else on a short notice.
Please note that payment for accommodations are due upon arrival and there are no refunds for early departures.
Late Checkouts:
You may request a late checkout. No fee will be charged IF a late checkout is available. If we cannot accommodate a late checkout, we ask that you honor our 11am time to minimize hardship on our housekeeping staff and the next arriving guests.
QUIET TIME:
Quiet hours are from 11:00pm – 7:00am. Please respect your neighbors and ours by keeping noise volumes to a reasonable level during these hour
CHILDREN:
We are a family friendly. However, hazards do exist ie: wildlife, boat traffic, uneven ground, etc. All minors must have adult supervision at all times. Parents are responsible for the whereabouts, safety, and conduct of their children.
SPEED LIMIT:
Please adhere to the 10mph speed limit and stay on paved areas only.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
The management/owners are not responsible for any personal property lost or damaged on the property by fire, theft, act of nature, or accident.
FISH CLEANING:
There is a fish cleaning station. This is the ONLY place where fish may be cleaned. Do not use bathroom towels to clean fish. You will be charged $12 per towel for damaged or missing towels.
